RV House Maintenance

SLIDE OUT MAINTENANCE 

  • Test for proper operation

  • Clean side walls

  • Clean & Apply UV treatment & Conditioner to all accessible slide seals

  • Lubricate tracks, rails & mechanism where accessible as recommended by MFG

HYDRAULIC LEVELING SERVICE

  • Visual inspection of lines & hardware

  • Check fluid level and top off

  • Clean jack rams

  • Lubricate jacks, rams & gears as recommended by MFG

GENERATOR OIL & FILTER SERVICE 

  • Replace on-board oil filter

  • Replace on-board oil

  • Replace air filter 

  • Replace fuel filter

BATTERY SERVICE 

  • Clean terminals and posts

  • Test battery (voltage)

  • Load test battery (amps)

  • Top off water

  • Test converter charging operation

ROOF AC SERVICE 

  • Test unit operation

  • Clean evaporator & condenser coils

  • Inspect & Adjust cooling fins

  • Inspect return air flow restrictions

Trip Fee
$1.25 per mile ($20 minimum)

Each service call is charged a one way trip fee. We use Apple Maps for the mileage calculation and the following address as the starting point:
